We have desperately needed a new desk for some time now. We have had the same one since we got married, and it is very small and not very practical. My parents gave Neil and I some money for Christmas to buy a new desk! Being frugal like I am I decided to scour Craigslist for a desk, instead of buying one new. I wanted one with a hutch, and plenty of storage. I searched for about 1.5 weeks every day and wasn't finding what I wanted. On tuesday I finally found the perfect desk. It had a hutch, plenty of storage and was originally bought from Costco which typically has very sturdy furniture. But the best part was that it was a super deal. Neil picked it up yesterday and we set it up last night. I love our new desk!

It looks so fresh and clean. Nice work on the Craigslist deal! I know exactly what you meant about the impracticalities of your old desk, I remember sitting at it nerding out on your old computer. Congrats, guys!
